• Pick a room. A conference room or an empty office with space for a backdrop and lights works well.

• Agree on a dress code. Decide whether your team wears business formal, business casual or company shirts, so every headshot matches.
• Plan for absences. Ask us about photographing people who miss the session, so new hires and remote staff match the rest of the team.
• Share how you will use the photos. Tell us if the headshots are for your website, LinkedIn, ID badges or print, so we can plan the framing.

For individual sessions, the Full Headshot Experience is $300 and includes 5 edited photos. The Rebrand is $750 and includes 10 edited photos.
